We use Australia Post & Sendle as our primary shipping carrier. Parcels are marked with "Authority to Leave" (ATL). If you need a signature or have specific delivery instructions, please include these in the "Add a Note" section at checkout or email us immediately after purchase.

While we are not liable for damage or loss caused by Australia Post or other carriers, we will assist by providing the necessary documentation to support any claim.
